Selection Method

Acceptance or rejection will be evaluated comprehensively based on the basic academic skills test, an interview of the applicant, and survey form prepared by the principal of the high school, as well as capabilities, etc. required for university education. The interview test includes oral examination. The quality as a healthcare professional such as willingness to study, ability to think, and ability to communicate will be examined.

Flow from application to admission procedures

Complete 01 to 03 within the application period.

1. Preparation
   Among the application documents, obtain those that need to be prepared by the high school. Also obtain the face photo data to be uploaded to the application site and “Kaku-2” envelope for sending the documents. You need the environment where the data on the site can be printed.
2. Application registration on the application site and payment of selection examination fee
   Register the application. You need to select the payment method on the application site (by credit card, payment at a convenience store or Pay-easy).
   Examination fee: 30,000 yen, second or subsequent application: 10,000 yen
3. Mailing application documents
   After the application is registered, My Page will be created on the application site, the address label can be downloaded to paste on the “Kaku-2” envelope for sending documents. Put the following documents and send by simple registered mail / express mail (must reach us within the application period). If application deadline cannot be met, please hand in directly at the university office.
   Since the application form data is automatically transferred to us, there is no need to send the form by post.

4. Visiting the university with the printed admission ticket for examination
   After the Office of Faculty of Health Sciences confirms application registration, receipt of examination fee, and arrival of documents, the PDF data of an admission ticket for examination will be issued in My Page on the application site (it will be notified to the registered e-mail address). Print out and bring it on the day of admission selection. Regarding the visit for examination, refer page 12 of the Admission Guide.

5. Confirmation of acceptance and admission procedures
   The selection result will be made public in My Page on the application site at 15:00 on the day of the announcement of acceptance. Also, the notification of the selection result will be sent on the same day (It will arrive on or after the following day). The applicants who pass the examination need to make the payment at the time of admission procedures and submit the necessary documents according to the enclosed guidance on the admission procedures. Use of the English examination offered by a private institution

In this system, the average score of the above “foreign language” will be given by submitting “passing certificate of EIKEN grade 2 or higher” or “official certificate of TOEIC L&R 550 points or higher.” If you use this system, you must include “foreign language” in the subjects for the test of basic academic skills. We will adopt the higher of two scores at the admission decision: the average score given or the score of “foreign language” in the examination.

An applicant must meet any of the following criteria:

1. A person who graduated or is expected to graduate from a high school (including completion of a latter course at secondary education school; the same applies hereinafter) by March 2024

2. Mailing application documents
   Put the following documents in the “Kaku-2” envelope, write "Admission selection documents enclosed" in red, and send by simple registered mail or express mail (must reach us within the application period).    2	Academic Transcript	To be obtained from the applicant's latest academic background. (If the applicant is currently studying at the school, obtain current one.) If applicant had studied at a Japanese language school, transcript is to be obtained from the school. (should include the number and the percentage of days attended).
   3	Certificate of Graduation or Certificate of Completion	To be obtained from the applicant's latest academic background and Japanese language school etc. (If the applicant is currently studying at the school, obtain the certificate of expected graduation.) If applicant had studied at a Japanese language school, transcript is to be obtained from the school.
   4	Statement of Purpose (in preparation)	Form specified by our university
   5	Certification of the results and score of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or copy of the score report of "Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students"	For Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1, submit certification of the results and score which shows applicant's success in N1. For Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students, submit copy of the score report for one time of it in June 2022, November 2022, June 2023, November 2023.
   6	Certification of the Acquisition of Each Qualifications	For those who apply to 6) of No.2 of the Eligibility Requirements.
   7	Copy of Passport	Submit a copy of the page which obtains your photo and the number of your passport.
   8	Copy of Residence Card	Submit the copy of both sides of the card. (For those who live in Japan.)
   9	Certificate of Residence	For those who live in Japan.
   10	Copy of the Receipt for Examination Fee	Transfer the fee to the bank which is written in the "Transferring the Entrance Examination Fee" below, and submit the copy of the receipt for it. If the applicant applies from overseas, submit the copy of the foreign remittance request form.

3. Visiting the university with the printed admission ticket for examination
   After the Office of Faculty of Health Sciences confirms receipt of examination fee, and arrival of application documents, the PDF data of an admission ticket for your e-mail (it will be notified to the registered e-mail address).

4. Announcement of Results
   The result will be sent to all applicants by postal mail (it will arrive on or after the day following the date of notification of acceptance).
   * We will not respond to any inquiries about acceptance or rejection by telephone, etc.
   * We do not display results in our school premises.
5. Enrollment Registration Deadline
   Transfer the school payment and send (or bring) the necessary documents in accordance with the guide which is enclosed with a letter of acceptance.

Selection Method

Acceptance or rejection will be evaluated comprehensively based on the academic transcript, essay, statement of purpose, and an interview of the applicant, as well as capabilities, etc. required for university education.

Special Measures for Examination

If you may need special consideration during the examination because of physical dysfunction, disease, etc., please consult with the office of the Faculty of Health Sciences (+81-72-856-9951) before making application. Please understand that we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Refund of School Fee in Case of Withdrawal from Enrollment

If you withdraw your enrollment in our university by Sunday, March 31, 2024, we will refund the school fee already paid in the admission procedure, excluding the admission fee, after completing the prescribed procedures.
