You do not have to make an appointment for the first visit. Please come to us with your health insurance card (including various medical certificates) within the consultation hours (Weekdays 8:45 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.).
- Do I have to bring a health insurance card or medical benefit recipient certificate each time?
They need to be checked once a month. Please present it at the first visit of the month. If there is any change in the contents, please let the reception know.
- When should I make an appointment for re-examination?
The next appointment is usually made after the medical examination. If you have not made an appointment, please contact us by the form below.

- Can I borrow a wheelchair?
If you need a wheelchair, you can borrow one at the parking lot on the 1st floor. Please ask at the parking lot reception desk.
Hospitalization

Weekdays: 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, January 14th, June 18th: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Visitors are not accepted other than the above time period.

Credit cards are accepted. You can also use debit cards.

There is a restaurant on the 14th floor and a tea lounge on the 1st floor of the main building.

There is a store that sells toothbrushes, etc. on the 1st floor of the main building.

It is on the 1st floor of the main building. Please inform the reception when using.
- Is there a parking lot? What car size can be accomodated?
There is an underground car park for 63 cars in this hospital. However, there are restrictions on the size and weight of vehicles that can be parked. Please confirm the vehicle inspection certificate. (Length: 500cm or less, Width: 180cm or less, Height: 155cm or less, Weight: 1,700kg or less) Parking service is available only when the hospital is open (weekdays).
If you visit the hospital for medical care or visit a patient by car, you will be charged 200yen per 30minutes.
Patients who are admitted to the hospital cannot use the parking lot.
- Do you have a bicycle parking space (bicycle/motor bike)?
It is located on the left side of the front entrance of the hospital.
The parking space is available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. when the hospital is open.
- Do you have an ATM?
There is no ATM in the hospital.
- Do you have a smoking room?
No smoking on the premises of the hospital. Please note in advance.
