At the medical examination, patients can make a reservation for their next visit. The reservation date will be printed on the patient registration card.

Patient Registration Card
Be sure to bring the patient registration card at the time of re-examination and submit it to the reception of the clinical department with which you have made an appointment.
Health Insurance Card
Your health insurance card will be checked at the clinic reception on the first examination day of every month. If there is any change in your health insurance card, name, address, etc., please inform the clinical department reception.
